Vieques is a pituresque island located off the South East coast of Puerto Rico. It is a municipality of Puerto Rico and a territory of the United States. There are no cruise ships, casinos or mega resorts. Instead, you may be one of only a handful of people relaxing on a postcard perfect beach during the day. Or, swim in the world's brightest Bio Bay. And after a tough day in the sand, dine and drink while overlooking a stunning sunset on the Caribbean.

Why Pura Vida
Pura Vida is a 3 bedroom home on a safe street in Esperanza, Vieques. We are one block to the Malecon (ocean front promenade), a quick 5 minute walk. We have plenty of amenities to make your stay more enjoyable, including plenty of baby/children items. We have taken our 2 kids to Vieques since they were 6 months old and have left plenty of child gear for others traveling with kids to use.
SUV
During the high season on Vieques, demand often outweighs the supply of available rental cars on the island. If rental cars are not booked in advance during the busy season, it is very difficult to find a vehicle for rent. Pura Vida has a 7 passenger 2005 Isuzu Ascender (GMC Envoy clone) for the exclusive use of our guests.
